The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, Hon. Pedro Roque (Portugal), express PAM’s condolences to the Presidents of the Italian Senate and Chamber of Deputies, and the families of the victims after the Morandi Bridge on the A10 motorway came down in an industrial area of the port city of Genoa.
President Roque on his personal behalf and that of all member parliamentarians took the opportunity to express PAM’s solidarity with the Italian Authorities and people in this particular moment, and offered PAM’s full support and appreciation to all the rescue teams involved in the salvage operations.
