The Forum is expected to be attended by more than 300 representatives from 25 national and regional parliaments, and more than 50 delegations from international organizations, the private sectors, academia and the civil society.

The event is structured into six Plenary Sessions, focusing on different strategic issues, and will end with the reading of the Recommendations of the Forum.

During the first day, debates will focus on Economic Integration in the Euro-Mediterranean and Gulf Economic Zones, in light of the global recession and the consequences of the invasion of Ukraine, and on the Threats to Energy Security, in terms of ensuring affordable supply, while embracing the Green Transition in the fight against Climate Change.
